If it were simple, you’d be past it already.
This work is personal to me, and I started it after having been on the other side; stuck, anxious, burned out, and unsure of where I was headed. I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. Those experiences shaped how I practice today. My approach to therapy is practical, honest, and focused on progress. It's not just about talking; let's understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

I work with people who are done with surface level fixes. Individuals and couples who feel like they’ve been going in circles, and men who have always felt like therapy “isn’t for me.” If you want to understand yourself more clearly, improve how you show up in your relationships, and build something more steady in your life, this is a place to start.

Feeling anxious and stuck despite your efforts? Tried reading, adjusting routines, and powering through, but nothing seems effective. Friends' advice to "just do it" doesn't resonate. Ignoring these feelings only harms your work and relationships. Remember, change is possible, and you don't have to navigate this alone.

Couples Therapy
Think communication is the key to a healthy relationship? Couples may talk endlessly yet still feel disconnected. Conversations can become tense or unproductive, leading to repeated arguments or growing distance. The truth is, it’s not about what you say, but how safe your partner feels when you say it. Rebuilding that safety takes effort, but it can make your words meaningful again.
