Someone Who Gets It
Ever feel like you're putting in max effort just to stay afloat? Balancing academics, social pressure, and daily life can quietly drain your energy until motivation disappears completely. Pushing through doesn't always work, and you don't have to wait until you hit a wall to reach out.
Therapy gives you an independent, objective outlet to sort out the pressure, build solid strategies, and get back on solid ground.

How I Approach Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT looks at the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work on healthier ways of thinking and responding.
CBT can be helpful for anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and other concerns.

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps us understand the emotions and relationship patterns underneath the conflict. We’ll explore what you’re feeling, what you need, and how those needs shape the way you connect with others. EFT is especially useful for couples, relationship difficulties, communication, conflict, and emotional connection.

Christian Faith-Based Therapy
If your Christian faith is important to you, it can be part of your therapy. We can explore your struggles, emotions, relationships, purpose, and questions about faith through both psychological and Christian perspectives. This may include Scripture, prayer, and other practices alongside therapeutic approaches.
