CHRISTIAN THERAPY
Christian Therapy in Mississauga & Online Across Ontario
Maybe your faith is an important part of who you are, but you're still struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, or difficulties in your relationships.
Maybe you're questioning things, working through a difficult season, or trying to figure out what it means to live out your faith when life gets complicated.
You don't have to leave that part of yourself at the door.
I offer therapy for individuals and couples who want a space to work through life's challenges while making room for their Christian faith.
COMMON CHALLENGES FOR MEN
You Can Have Faith and Still Struggle.
Being a Christian doesn't mean you won't experience anxiety, doubt, conflict, or seasons when life feels overwhelming and struggling doesn't mean you've failed spiritually. Therapy can be a place to talk honestly about what's happening, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and work toward meaningful change.
Anxiety and Overthinking
Your mind won't slow down, you're worrying about the future, or you're struggling to find peace.

INDIVIDUAL CRISTIAN THERAPY
Work Through What You're Carrying.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling lost, dealing with past experiences, or trying to understand yourself better, individual therapy offers space to slow down and work through what's going on.
We can explore how your experiences, beliefs, relationships, and faith shape the way you see yourself and navigate life. The goal isn't to give you easy answers. It's to help you understand yourself more clearly and move toward meaningful change.

CHRISTIAN COUPLES THERAPY
Work Through the Hard Stuff Together.
Your relationship can be important to both of you and still be difficult. Maybe you're caught in the same arguments, struggling to reconnect, or trying to rebuild trust after being hurt.
Couples therapy can help you understand the patterns between you, communicate more openly, and work toward a healthier relationship. If your Christian faith is important to you as a couple, we can make room for that in our work together.

My Faith Is Personal to Me.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am. It shapes how I understand people, relationships, suffering, forgiveness, and hope.
My own experiences have taught me that life doesn't always make sense, and having faith doesn't mean you won't struggle. I've experienced seasons of anxiety, depression, and questioning God myself.
Honest conversations and connection with others played an important role in my own growth. My faith has also taken me beyond my own community, including preaching and serving in Kenya. These experiences have continued to shape how I understand people and the different challenges they carry.
I bring that perspective into my work as a therapist. Not to give you all the answers, tell you what to believe, or suggest that faith alone will resolve every struggle, but to make space for the things that matter to you
Faith Can Be Part of the Conversation
Christian therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. For some people, faith is central to how they understand their struggles. For others, it comes up occasionally. We can approach it in a way that fits you
Making Sense of Your Experiences
Explore how your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs influence what you're going through.
Working Through Difficult Questions
Talk openly about doubt, guilt, forgiveness, and the tension between what you believe and what you're experiencing.
Strengthening Your Relationships
Consider how your faith, values, and communication patterns affect your relationships with others
Connecting Faith With Everyday Life
Explore how to live out your faith in practical ways while also addressing real-life challenges.
We can include Scripture or prayer in our work when it's appropriate and welcomed, but we will always approach your concerns with openness, respect, and care.
Real Talk. Real Change.
Honesty
A space to be real about what you're experiencing, without judgment.
Practicality
Tools and insights that you can actually apply in your daily life and relationships.
Collaboration
We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you, taking into account your values and goals.
I use evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and I see faith and evidence-informed therapy as compatible.
