THERAPY FOR MEN
Therapy for Men in Mississauga & Online Across Ontario
Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or carrying more than you’ve let on. Maybe you’ve tried to push through, keep busy, or figure things out yourself, but something still isn’t working.
Therapy gives you a space to talk honestly about what’s going on, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change.
COMMON CHALLENGES FOR MEN
Something Needs to Change, but Not Sure Where to Start?
It isn’t always easy to put what you’re going through into words. Sometimes you know something is off, but you can’t quite explain why. Other times, you know exactly what’s wrong but don’t know what to do about it.

You’re Questioning Yourself
You feel anxious, low, irritable, disconnected, or less interested in the things that used to matter to you.
You don’t need to relate to all of these, or even know exactly what’s wrong. You just need to know that something isn’t working the way you’d like it to.

A SAFE SPACE TO BE YOURSELF
You Don’t Have to Have the Right Words.
Maybe you’ve never talked about this stuff with anyone. Maybe you’re used to handling problems yourself, or you find it easier to stay busy than to sit with what’s going on.
You don’t need to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what you feel or what you need. You don’t need to have a clear explanation for everything.
We can start with what’s happening in your life right now. From there, we’ll work together to understand what’s underneath it, recognize the patterns that aren’t helping, and figure out what you want to do differently.
Therapy isn’t about making you someone you’re not. It’s about helping you understand yourself better and make changes that matter to you.
Real Talk. Real Change.
Therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what's happening and work towards changes that matter to you.
Honesty
We’ll make room for the conversations that are sometimes difficult to have, including the things you may not feel comfortable saying elsewhere.
Practicality
Understanding yourself matters, but so does figuring out what you can do differently. We’ll work toward changes that make sense for your life and circumstances.
Collaboration
You know your life better than anyone. My role is to bring my training and perspective while working alongside you to understand what’s happening and decide where we go from there.
I primarily use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and tailor my approach to your unique experiences, values, and goals.
