ABOUT JONATHAN
I'm Jonathan.
Therapist, Christian, and Someone Who Believes in Honest Conversations.
I believe meaningful change begins with honesty. I’m a registered psychotherapist in Mississauga, and I work with individuals and couples using practical, collaborative therapy to help you understand your patterns, navigate life’s challenges, and create lasting change. You’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space here — one where you can be yourself, explore what’s difficult, and move forward with hope.

MY STORY
I’ve Been There Too.
I’ve experienced anxiety, depression, and seasons where I felt lost and unsure where to turn. There were times I questioned God, my purpose, and struggled to see a clear sense of direction.
Through honest conversations, supportive relationships, and meaningful therapy, I found healing. These experiences gave me deeper empathy and a stronger commitment to help others find hope, healing, and a meaningful way forward.

MY FAITH
Faith Is Part of Who I Am.
My Christian faith helps me understand people, relationships, suffering, forgiveness, and purpose. I meet each person with respect and without judgment, offering a space to explore life’s challenges and discover new perspectives.
Scripture and prayer may be incorporated into therapy if that’s meaningful to you. Whether your faith is strong, questioning, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.
MY APPROACH
Real Talk. Real Change.
I combine evidence-based therapy with a warm, down-to-earth style. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to create lasting change.

Collaboration
We work together at your pace, focusing on your unique goals and what matters most to you.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to your unique experiences, values, and goals.
A Little More About Me.
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about my faith, relationships, running, and serving others. I’ve had the privilege of preaching and doing missionary work in Kenya, which has deeply shaped my appreciation for people, different cultures, and the power of community.
These experiences continue to inspire my work and remind me of the importance of compassion, perspective, and hope.

My Training And Experience
I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches and ongoing professional development to support my work with individuals and couples.
